The office hours are from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm daily
Monday to Friday and 9:00 am -1:00 pm Saturday.
The office is closed Sunday. A Supervisor is on
property at the main office after closing hours.

| TELEPHONE: |
Most of our apartments have private telephone
line that can be made available to you at a cost
of Ja$100.00 per day. Overseas telephone calls can
also be made at the Front Desk. There is a service
charge of JA$50.00 for overseas calls. |
| HOUSEKEEPER/COOK: |
Available from 9 am - 5 pm to cater to your housekeeping
needs, as well as preparing all meals. |
| BABYSITTING: |
Babysitting can be arranged upon request with
the reception staff. The cost will be US$6.00 or
JA$240.00 per hour plus taxi fare. Please give advance
notice. |
| BANKING: |
All major banks are centrally located in the town
of Ocho Rios. Credit Cards and Travelers Cheques
are accepted by most business places. |
| CREDIT CARDS: |
The following credit cards are accepted in settlement
of accounts: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

| SHUTTLE: |
There is a shuttle bus which operates daily 10
am, 12 noon, 2 pm and 4 pm. This takes all passengers
into the town of Ocho Rios only. |
| COMMISSARY: |
There is a Commissary on the Phase Six (6) Property,
opening hours are from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. |
| SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX: |
We suggest that you place your valuables in the
safety deposit box which is available in your room.
The cost is US$3.00 per night. |
| POSTAL SERVICES: |
Stamps can be obtained at the reception area.

| MESSAGES: |
Messages will be delivered to your room. |
| FACSIMILE: |
Facsimile services are available at a charge.

| BREAKAGES & DAMAGES:
|
Upon arrival a deposit will be taken for breakages
and damages. We will accept Credit Cards or a cash
deposit of US$200.00 or its equivalent in whatever
currency you might have available. This will be
refunded upon checkout if no damages or breakages
occur. |
| EXTRA PERSON: |
Your voucher clearly specifies the amount of persons
for each condominium. You will be charged for additional
persons not included in the original reservation.

| WATERSPORTS: |
The watersports shop is located on the beach.
Watersports activities include snorkeling, scuba
diving and wind surfing. |
| TAXI: |
We will gladly assist you with your travel arrangements.

| GRATUITY: |
Tipping is customary, and is to be paid directly
to the housekeeper. Your travel agent voucher will
have the amount of the percentage. If you need clarification
please contact the main office. |
| SIGHTSEEING TOURS: |
Tours are sold at the Reception Area. |
| DUNN'S RIVER FALLS: |
Arrangements can be made to take clients to Dunn's
River. Special arrangements can be made for transportation
to and from Dunn's River. The cost is US$20.00.

Our Reception Staff can arrange appointments upon
request. |
